Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Supplier Management: Identify and develop relationships with suppliers, manage supplier contracts, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage inventory turnover, and ensure that inventory is properly stored and maintained.
  • Purchase Order Management: Process purchase orders, manage vendor relationships, and ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and develop and implement policies and procedures to support procurement activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's degree in Supply Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
