Position Overview
- Evaluate and reconcile shipping timelines.
- Investigate and deliver real-time updates on pending orders.
- Engage in weekly and monthly transfer and planning discussions.
- Supervise Over, Short, and Damaged (O, S, & D) activities.
- Address customer complaints effectively.
- Provide daily updates regarding customer orders, purchase orders, and transfers.
- Generate and distribute monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
- Oversee On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) reporting.
- Utilize third-party databases for daily tracking purposes.
- Initiate inbound shipments or stock transfer requests.
- Maintain accurate in-transit records with freight carriers and distribution centers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- Excellent mathematical skills, high motivation, organizational capabilities, and attention to detail, along with a commitment to continuous improvement, are essential.
