Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement and Inventory Management:
- Manage and streamline the end-to-end procurement process for all items required at our facilities, including raw materials and operational supplies.
- Lead and coordinate procurement planning processes to support business needs.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels of all raw materials by product category, taking into account various constraints and limitations.
- Conduct regular warehouse capacity analysis and forecasting based on projected utilization.
- Drive initiatives to reduce excess inventory, freeing up capital and improving warehouse efficiency.
- Negotiate with vendors to reduce costs and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
- Warehouse and Logistics Management:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems requirements through accurate and complete documentation.
- Track and report key performance metrics related to cost reduction, commodity trends, and overall spend.
- SAP Expertise and Reporting:
- Serve as the local subject matter expert for all SAP-related activities, including report generation and troubleshooting.
- Spearhead process improvement efforts by leveraging SAP data and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for data requests related to shipments, products, manufacturing timelines, and purchase order forecasts.
- Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and KPI Reporting:
- Support the S&OP process, ensuring that monthly KPI reporting is completed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational targets, adjusting plans as needed to achieve monthly goals.
- Continuously track performance metrics and develop improvement strategies to drive better outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in supply chain operations and implement strategic initiatives for efficiency gains.
- Support cross-functional planning activities, including procurement, production, inventory, and logistics.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on supply chain objectives.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience in SAP procurement systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to take initiative and ask questions, learn quickly, and strive for results.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with solid interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:
Minimum BA or BS required.
