Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be tasked with:
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical challenges both remotely and on-site.
  • Supporting contract managers with claims, customer specifications, safety standards, and technical details, including costs and deliverables for proposals.
  • Executing project deliverables efficiently and on schedule, adhering to specifications, standards, and safety protocols.
  • Building and maintaining a robust network of engineering professionals while sharing best practices to foster colleague development.
  • Creating and presenting comprehensive work plans, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Enhancing your management skills through mentorship of junior engineers.
  • Developing, selecting, and implementing standard engineering techniques.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Experience in control and power systems, semiconductors, medium voltage cells, and transformers.
  • A minimum of 5 years in similar roles.
  • Proven experience as a leader within an engineering team.
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
