Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of large-scale commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment, monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to prevent delays.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and safety, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment of objectives and effective resolution of any conflicts or challenges.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, including subcontractors, foremen, and laborers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, meeting minutes, change orders, and as-built drawings.
  • Monitor project budget and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing measures to prevent budget overruns.
  • Implement and enforce project policies and procedures, including safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a construction superintendent or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials, as well as building codes and regulations.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • OSHA certification and other relevant safety training preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
