Job Overview

A Prentice Ray & Associates LLC seeks a highly skilled Geographic Information System Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in translating geospatial business needs into enterprise program and solution architecture recommendations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in asset management, geospatial standards, and enterprise geographic information systems (GIS). They will also have experience working with government entities, DoD, or other federal agencies using geospatial technology.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining multiple solution options to business problems associated with enterprise geospatial system integration
  • Developing and implementing tools and methodologies to oversee and monitor the DoN's real property inventory
  • Providing innovative advice and recommendations to government personnel
  • Identifying needs for information collection and reporting systems for Real Property inventory monitoring, operations, and management duties

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Geography or a related geoscience field and a Master's degree is preferred. A Top Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship are also required.
