Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a significant volume of incoming communications, including customer orders via various channels.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding products and services promptly, relaying them to the appropriate team members.
- Generate daily reports for Route Drivers and Service Technicians using specialized software.
- Conduct end-of-day check-ins with Route Drivers to reconcile customer payments.
- Coordinate service calls and installations for technicians.
- Follow up with accounts that have outstanding balances, ensuring timely collection efforts.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Communicate potential sales leads to relevant personnel.
- Provide assistance with daily sales reports and financial processes as needed.
