LHC Group is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Calico Rock, Arkansas.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions. They will work closely with the physician to develop a therapy plan of care and perform interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patient's functional status and physical therapy needs
  • Assist physician in developing therapy plan of care
  • Observe and report patient's response to treatment and any changes in condition
  • Treat patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and/or maintain maximum functioning
  • Instruct and inform participating members of healthcare team, patient, and family/caregivers regarding plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals
Requirements:
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
