**Salary & Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 per year, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions. **Job Description**

As a Clinical Behavioral Health Therapist at Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient, you will provide behavioral health modalities and develop specific treatment goals for our targeted client population. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective healthcare services that align with our mission, vision, and values. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, and provide education and support to patients and their families.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's degree in a human services field, preferably social work, from an accredited university. You must also be currently licensed (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LPE-I, PLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW) and have a minimum of two years of psychiatric treatment experience. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescents, and adults is preferred. A basic understanding of educational, psychological, and social service systems as related to special education and behavior treatment is also beneficial.
