Job Summary
We seek an experienced Registered Nurse to provide services to our Home Health patients in Pulaski, Montgomery, and Hillsville, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a minimum of one year of experience, and be licensed as a RN in the state of VA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for Home Health patients, in accordance with the plan of treatment signed by the physician.
- Provide services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill, including initial evaluations, reevaluations, and ongoing care.
- Initiate diagnostic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate to the client's care and safety.
- Teach, supervise, and counsel patients and families regarding home nursing procedures and other care needs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Completion of a nursing program from an accredited school or university.
- Current RN licensure in the state of VA.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience, with home health experience strongly preferred.
- Valid Driver's License required.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
