Job DescriptionThe Office Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our office operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and projects. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency with office software and tools.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
- Assisting with project coordination and administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong knowledge of office software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A competitive salary of $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus fantastic benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401(k) with a 3% match, paid time off, paid holidays, parental leave, and yearly performance reviews.
