Position Overview

Compensation:

Starting at $85,000+

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in achieving their financial objectives through tailored product, plan, and investment suggestions.
  • Collect and evaluate each client's financial data to accurately assess elements such as financial standing, cash flow, monetary ambitions, retirement plans, and other wealth management considerations.
  • Develop personalized financial strategies for each client, taking into account their life circumstances, professional situations, and evolving financial requirements.
  • Act as a cooperative team member committed to personal growth through ongoing training opportunities.
  • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients by serving as their reliable financial advisor.
Qualifications:
  • A foundational understanding of the financial advisor role or financial consultancy, along with a keen interest in the financial sector and its products.
  • Proficiency in essential software applications, including Microsoft Office, financial planning tools, Google Suite, CRM systems, and similar programs.
  • Outstanding mathematical, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure excellent customer service for both existing and new clients.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required.
  • Current FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 certifications are advantageous.
