We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our Engineering Division in California. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and designing water, wastewater, and recycled water projects, with a focus on treatment-related planning and design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning and design efforts for water and wastewater treatment projects, including capacity analysis, facility plans, and process evaluations.
  • Develop project plans, specification packages, and construction cost estimates for treatment-related projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Train and delegate tasks to junior engineers to balance workload and efficiently complete project tasks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in planning and design of mechanical and treatment-related projects.
  • Professional Civil and/or Mechanical Engineer licensed in the State of California.
  • Excellent writing, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with design software, including AutoCAD.
