  • Schedules Appointments and Manages Provider Schedules
    • Coordinates patient appointments and schedules with providers to ensure efficient use of time

  • Notifies Providers and Maintains Patient Records
    • Notifies providers of patient arrivals and updates
    • Ensures accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment information
  • Collects Payments and Processes Insurance Claims

    • Verifies patient financial information and resolves any discrepancies
  • Maintains Office Supplies and Equipment
    • Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment

  • Performs Other Duties as Assigned
    • Assists with other front office duties as needed, including answering phones and responding to emails

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • 1-2 years of experience in a medical or related field preferred
  • Skills and Qualifications

    • Experience with medical scheduling and billing systems
    • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
    • Proficiency in electronic records systems
