About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) division. RIS provides a tailored operations and staffing solution specifically designed for clients with substantial staffing requirements. Our approach involves embedding our team directly on-site with clients to effectively address their workforce challenges.

The Site Manager will engage directly at the client's location, fostering relationships with hiring managers to accurately assess their staffing requirements. This role involves listening to understand the quality and volume of needs, screening, interviewing, and identifying suitable candidates to fulfill various positions. The Site Manager serves as an integral extension of the client's HR operations, overseeing all facets of workforce management including relationship development, recruitment, selection, and employee management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture a robust partnership with the client.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's business, processes, policies, and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's staffing needs.
  • Execute a consistent recruiting strategy to ensure the right volume and quality of candidates.
  • Screen and select candidates based on client-specific job criteria and workforce projections.
  • Adhere to all operational standards and employment regulations.
  • Enhance client awareness through regular in-person engagements to foster a consultative relationship.
  • Market candidates' skills and qualifications to ensure optimal matches for both clients and candidates.
  • Provide innovative and effective employment solutions.
  • Deliver services that consistently exceed client and candidate expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business, sales, or recruitment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in high-volume recruitment or staffing is preferred.
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong professional relationships.
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate across all levels of the client organization.
  • Demonstrated capability to navigate and resolve complex client issues efficiently.
  • Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client stakeholders.
  • Skilled in identifying client needs and adjusting expectations accordingly.
