Requirements:

  • Excellent communications, supervisory, and guest service skills.
  • Computer literacy and comfort with Microsoft Office software.
  • Some college education preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Previous restaurant management experience preferred.
  • Internal candidates considered for promotion to manager may substitute.
  • Ability to work irregular hours under heavy pressure/stress during busy times.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry trays of food products weighing approximately 20 pounds for distances of up to 60 feet.
