Program Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Leader to join our team at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing programs for Club members, with a focus on the Graduate, Fit for Life, Ready to Serve program model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging programs that reflect the needs and interests of young people.
- Provide individual guidance and support to members, fostering positive relationships and promoting their growth and development.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective program delivery.
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Program Leaders, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure program areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Participate in professional development training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in youth development or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Energetic and creative individual with a passion for working with young people.
