Your Profile:


- Collaborates effectively with internal teams across research, creative, and account services to guide clients toward transformative insights.

- Has mastered the complete research process and enjoys mentoring others, sharing knowledge to cultivate talent within the research team and inspire colleagues from other departments.

- Is methodologically flexible, passionate about understanding how marketing and messaging can positively influence behavior.
- Translates insights into actionable strategies for product development, marketing strategy, or creative campaign execution.

- Ensures client satisfaction throughout the research journey and manages relationships to foster repeat business.
Are you passionate about research?

We seek someone who appreciates the power of both quantitative and qualitative data, especially when these disciplines converge to tackle complex client challenges.

- 10+ years of extensive strategic experience, both nationally and internationally (supplier-side experience preferred).

- Expertise in designing and executing a wide array of market research methodologies, with a strong foundation in marketing and messaging that drives behavioral change.

- Proven experience leading clients in sectors such as energy, built environment, non-profit/NGOs, or consumer packaged goods.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Dynamic presentation abilities that convey your passion for insights, both in person and through virtual platforms.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience (8+ years preferred), with a focus on market research.
- Degree in social sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Client-facing experience utilizing data to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
- Positive, collaborative, and motivated attitude.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack and Teams is a plus.
