Maintenance Specialist

Job Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to plant equipment to ensure continuous plant operations and production requirements.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls, circuits, mechanical and pneumatic components, and systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities on production, processing, and plant equipment and systems.
- Operate equipment and work safely, following all GMP guidelines and keeping work areas clean.
- Participate in meetings and train others on safety procedures and protocols.
- Assist in the creation of a culture of safety and health by performing work safely and reporting any unsafe work conditions or practices to the supervisor.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- High School or GED required, Technical Certificate or Associate degree preferred.
- Able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Must have own hand tools to perform all job duties.
