- Communication and Liaison: Act as a liaison between students, instructors, and other departments, providing information and referrals as needed.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in academic support and instructional technology.
- Education: Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in teaching, education, or a related field.
- Experience: Two years of work experience in education or a related field, with a preference for experience in math, English/writing, anatomy, physiology, or chemistry.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
