Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our hotel refurbishment projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project scope, specifications, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project delivery
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, engineering, architecture)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the marine or hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
