- Reservations and Check-in/Check-out: Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns. Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, including handling payments and providing guests with necessary information.
- Communication and Problem-solving: Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations, and be flexible to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, preferably with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt processes and standards.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
