Business Process Manager, Buying Programs

We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Business Process Manager within a leading multimedia and creative software organization. The Buying Programs team is dedicated to offering flexible purchasing solutions tailored for businesses of all sizes, with the aim of delivering an outstanding purchasing experience for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the product owner and lead for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on our B2B low-touch Quote-to-Cash workflows.
  • Evaluate intricate business requirements, converting them into epics and user stories, and subsequently into test scenarios and plans.
  • Communicate testing strategies, results, risks, and recommendations effectively to the core project team and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate weekly collaboration sessions with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, explore solutions, and prioritize system enhancements.
  • Draft documentation and develop process flow diagrams for new or modified business processes.
  • Address production issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures.
  • Engage in scrum meetings, backlog refinement, prioritization, design discussions, and demonstrations as required.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is essential.
  • Over 7 years of relevant professional experience, collaborating with diverse stakeholders across engineering, product management, marketing, and business teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively prioritize tasks, and achieve results under pressure.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; capable of conveying complex information to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes is advantageous.
  • Experience in phasing out applications or processes is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat).
  • Additional desirable skills include experience with Jira, SAP, MS SharePoint, Atlassian Confluence, APIs/automation processes, and knowledge of subscription business models.
Compensation:
  • Compensation can reach up to $81.90 per hour.
