We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building customer loyalty, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a smile and provide a positive first impression
  • Build customer relationships and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Upsell and meet customer needs to drive sales growth
  • Ensure a clean and safe facility for customers and employees
  • Collect payment from customers and maintain accurate records
  • Respond to emergency situations and perform required duties
  • Clean and maintain facility equipment and premises
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Operate and maintain facility equipment safely and efficiently
  • Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
  • Maintain accurate time records and reports

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work various shifts, weekends, and extended hours
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high energy level
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
