We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Nursing Program Coordinator. This role will involve organizing and leading faculty to ensure quality classroom instruction, administering programs, and monitoring the learning process.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and lead faculty to ensure quality classroom instruction
- Administer programs and monitor the learning process
- Tailor course materials to the levels and needs of individual students
- Develop employable skills in students leading to jobs commensurate with student ability and employer expectation
- Active Registered Nursing (RN) license in the State of Connecticut required
- Minimum of Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) required; Holds a BSN w/ Master's in healthcare related field
- Holds a Master's in Nursing (MSN)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience as LPN or RN required, recent experience preferred
- Previous management experience in the Nursing field
- 2,000 Sign On Bonus (paid on 1st pay check)
