Job SummaryWe are seeking talented professionals for our 2025 full-time Analyst class. As an Analyst, you will work closely with Managing Directors, Directors, Vice Presidents, Associates, and clients on all phases of execution, including client-specific and industry research, due diligence processes, valuation analyses, and marketing materials.
Responsibilities- Perform client-specific and industry research
- Organize, review, and analyze due diligence processes and materials
- Develop valuation analyses and models
- Prepare comprehensive information packages, pitchbooks, and marketing materials
- Assist senior bankers in firm building activities
- 0-3 years of sell-side M & A advisory and investment banking experience
- Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier school
- Team player willing to take an integral role in Intrepid's growth
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Significant level of maturity and ability to work as part of a small team
- Self-starter willing to work in an entrepreneurial, demanding, and fast-paced environment
