We are seeking a skilled Community Data Coordinator to join our team at Alliance for Community Empowerment. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of participant records in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to support our mission through meticulous data management and reporting. You will work closely with our Data Manager and program managers to streamline record management, alleviate program staff from repetitive data entry tasks, and drive informed decision-making through data analysis.

**Responsibilities**

  • Incorporate best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion, restorative justice, and trauma-informed care into our organizational culture.
  • Support ACE Staff with data entry into ACE designated databases and generate standard reports.
  • Assist the Data Manager in monitoring data systems to ensure accurate and timely data entry into applicable databases.
  • Collaborate with ACE Staff to run relevant reports for grants and contracts in a timely manner.
  • Support the Data Manager's efforts to ensure accuracy of reports prior to submission by spot checking reports.

  • Detail-oriented focus on accurate data entry and ability to maintain focus on data entry tasks for extended periods without loss of accuracy or efficiency.

The anticipated pay range for this position in California is $26.44 to $28.05 hourly.
