About the RoleAs an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. Your expertise in multiple subjects, particularly in teaching grades K-5, will help create a rich and immersive educational experience for our students. You will also collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of curriculum and best practices across departments. In addition to instructional responsibilities, you will participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated on innovative teaching methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with California Common Core State Standards.
  • Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and student engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, and open communication.
  • Participate in data-driven decision-making processes to inform instructional strategies and improve student outcomes.
  • Engage with parents and guardians through regular progress updates, parent-teacher conferences, and other forms of communication.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
  • Valid California Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential authorizing instruction in K-5 classrooms.
  • English Language Learner Authorization.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (provided by Ingenium).
