Identify and prioritize opportunities for enhancements that improve the overall client experience and optimize their use of the Blockit platform. Your commitment to elevating client success will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Build lasting client partnerships by serving as the primary escalation point and guiding the resolution process.

Proactively anticipate inquiries, provide insightful responses, and consistently champion the voice, interests, and feedback of our valued customers within the Blockit ecosystem.

Take full ownership of the client relationship, effectively de-escalating concerns whenever possible. Your dedication to client satisfaction is essential, ensuring a seamless and positive experience in every interaction.

Develop expertise in Blockit products, providing support and guidance to our clients through any issues or inquiries. Clearly articulate Blockit's unique value proposition, demonstrating how it specifically addresses their needs and challenges.

Play a crucial role in showcasing the significant benefits and value that Blockit brings to your clients' organizations. This includes active engagement through regular meetings, onsite interactions, and comprehensive quarterly business reviews. Your ability to communicate the impactful advantages of Blockit will reinforce client satisfaction and foster enduring partnerships.

Proactively seek ways to enhance overall client satisfaction while actively expanding our network of customer referral sources.

Take charge of designing and implementing retention and growth strategies, working closely with internal leadership.

Your role encompasses the responsibility for ensuring profitable retention, driving growth, spearheading strategic initiatives, fostering relationship development, and maintaining service excellence.

Utilize data-driven insights to connect results to clients' key priorities and objectives.

Contribute to monitoring and tracking all client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), facilitating timely reporting of potential risks to leadership.

Proactively evaluate performance metrics in collaboration with Client Support Teams, ensuring adherence to client expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Forge strong partnerships with internal Operations team members to effectively address day-to-day client service needs and promptly resolve any issues that arise.
