About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the financial advisor in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to our clients, ensuring they feel understood and informed.
  • Assist in the annual business planning process to develop strategies for the upcoming year.
  • Drive marketing activities, such as planning and executing events, to promote our services and attract new clients.
  • Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
  • Collaborate with the financial advisor to identify opportunities to create efficiency and improve client outcomes.
