Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, with a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
  • Understanding of portfolio management and credit qualification standards.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage lending process and applicable regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Expertise in personal lending and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with personal banking, investments, and commercial lending.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $48,000 to $90,200, with a combination of salary and commission. BMO Financial Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and performance-based incentives.
