Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and support of various enterprise applications, including Salesforce, Filenet, SummationPro, Nagios, Jira, Jama, AWS, Azure, Oracle APEX, Tableau, PowerBI, SAP Portal, SAP BO, SAP GW, Lotus Notes/Domino, and Oracle APEX.
  • Collaboration and Implementation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, modifications, and upgrades, ensuring seamless testing processes.
  • Documentation and Support: Create comprehensive documentation for system provisioning, maintenance, and support, including roll-back procedures and validation information.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training to new users and effectively troubleshoot system issues.
  • Process Optimization: Ensure process controls are aligned with optimal system performance.
