Hospice Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our hospice team. This role requires strong nursing skills and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care to patients, including skilled nursing services and pain management strategies.
- Evaluate patient conditions and reactions to treatments, communicating findings to the healthcare team.
- Develop patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Supervise hospice aides and ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Active Indiana RN licensure required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in hospice care.
- Prolonged standing and walking.
- Lifting, positioning, or transferring patients.
- Lifting supplies and equipment.
- Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, or crouching.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
