Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and Advise Clients
    • Identify key legal issues through communication with business units and review legal risks to discover alternatives.
    • Present opinions through legal research and analysis, and consult with outside counsel when necessary.
    • Report legal opinions and practical alternatives to business units and key decision-makers for informed decision-making.
  • Conduct Strategic Planning
    • Set directions and draft plans for various issues within the Division to achieve best results through close communication with the Division leader.
    • Consult and facilitate agreements between and among relevant departments.
    • Prepare various materials and reports required to support progress of the projects.
Qualifications
  • Licensed attorney in good standing in the jurisdiction(s) admitted with 3+ years of experience preferred.
  • Must be Bilingual in English and Korean.
  • Must have experience in drafting, proofreading, and redlining legal documents.
  • Experience in practicing law, handling civil litigation or trial cases preferred.
  • Must have a positive attitude and ability to develop and implement new ideas to create customized solutions on a client-by-client basis.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, be analytical, and able to multitask.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
