**Job Summary**

Belong Home, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Expansion Manager to lead our Los Angeles and Orange County markets. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing daily operations, and developing strategic plans to achieve our goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the Los Angeles and Orange County markets, including setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets, and managing employees.
  • Work closely with our Product team to develop features that enhance our performance in these critical markets.
  • Make strategic pricing decisions to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals, and ensure their completion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Advocate cross-functionally to ensure the region remains a top priority.
  • Provide on-the-ground support to our community as needed.
  • Innovate and implement processes that drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain a strong local network to increase brand awareness.
  • Build a high-performing team culture and lead by example.
  • Staff, train, and manage host coordinators locally.
  • Create a scalable playbook to drive market growth and automation.
  • Communicate progress to our leadership team and ensure timely updates on market initiatives.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a managerial role with a strong track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong analytical background and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures and financial planning.
  • MBA preferred but not required.
