Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our pediatric home health team. As a Skilled Visit Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care to medically fragile children in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess the needs of pediatric patients and provide teaching, monitoring, and treatment as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Current and unencumbered state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 1 year recent clinical nursing practice, preferably in ICU or pediatrics
  • Demonstrated passion for working in pediatrics
  • Experience with NG or GTube feedings and ostomy care preferred
