Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Alexandria/Arlington, VA area. As an on-call nurse, you will provide high-quality care to clients in their homes, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow a designated care plan to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, providing personalized care and support
  • Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, in accordance with client needs and medical orders
  • Monitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and follow up with doctors' orders as necessary
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Qualifications:
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in VA
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills
