Job Title: Non Skilled Registered Nurse

Human Touch Home Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Washington, DC.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a Registered Nurse with Human Touch Home Health, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
  • Develop a nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
  • Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor.
  • Participate in the discharge planning process.
Requirements:
  • Graduated from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing as Registered Nurse or Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in home health care preferred.
  • Minimum one year as a Registered nurse.
  • Must be computer literate.
