Job Summary:

Bull City Talent Group is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the move/buildout of one of our client's Data Centers. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of IT Infrastructure PM experience, a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and a strong understanding of power distribution, networking components, and compute/storage technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple projects involving the move/buildout of Data Centers, working with external vendors to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution
  • Manage complex, multi-team project schedules and budgets, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication among stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain architectural drawings, understanding structural technical impact and ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end networking components, compute/storage technology, and database solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in Data Center operations

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience, with a focus on large, complex facilities/M&A projects
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with a strong understanding of power distribution, networking components, and compute/storage technology
  • Senior-level experience managing complex, multi-team project schedules and budgets, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • General understanding of industry standards, including ANSI/TIA, J-STD, ISO/IEC, NEC, and BISCI
  • Ability to read, create, and maintain architectural drawings, with a strong understanding of structural technical impact
  • Experience working with enterprise PPM & service delivery tools to manage schedules, budgets, and resources
