The Opportunity
This entry-level career opportunity offers a unique chance to start your career journey with a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions. As a Patient Access Specialist, you will be responsible for performing admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital, while meeting regulatory compliance requirements and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Accurately assign medical records numbers
• Complete medical necessity/compliance checks
• Provide proper patient instructions
• Collect insurance information
• Receive and process physician orders
• Utilize an overlay tool while providing exceptional customer service
• Operate the telephone switchboard to relay incoming/outgoing/inter-office calls as applicable
• Adhere to policies and provide excellent customer service in these interactions

Requirements
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• High School Diploma/GED Required
• CRCR Certification Required within 6 months of hire (Company Paid)
