Construction Laborer - Support Skilled Trades

We are seeking motivated and reliable Semi-Skilled Laborers to join our team and contribute to the success of our construction projects. In this role, you will work alongside skilled tradespeople, providing essential support in a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow, report progress, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the construction industry or related field is preferred but not always required. On-the-job training may be provided.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
  • Proficiency in using common hand and power tools, as well as the ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and perform a variety of construction tasks, adapting to changing project requirements and work environments.
  • Demonstrated punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic to meet project deadlines and maintain consistent attendance.
