Job Summary

VyStar Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Contact Center Member Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to members, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize knowledge of VyStar's products and services to offer solutions that meet members' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless member experience.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, as well as adhere to VyStar's Standards of Excellence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, with a focus on deposit and loan products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office and internet access.
