About the Role

This entry-level position offers comprehensive training and mentorship to set you up for success. As an Entry-Level Customer Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' expansion while also experiencing significant professional growth. Your main responsibilities will include creating and presenting product proposals to customers related to their individual needs, driving sales growth through regular contact, and retaining customer accounts by solution-based selling.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an Associate's Degree or 4-year diploma highly recommended. Additionally, 1-3 years of Customer Account Management, Sales, Client Facing and/or entry-level experience is required. You should be able to communicate effectively with customers, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize your workload accordingly. The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
