Job Title: Residential and Commercial Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at The Contractor Consultants. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our residential and commercial construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project completion.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, addressing concerns, and fostering long-lasting relationships built on trust and transparency.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and on-site personnel, to ensure all work meets The Contractor Consultants' quality standards and client expectations.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to maintain profitability while delivering high-quality results.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all work adheres to project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of tasks according to the project timeline.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients, highlighting progress, issues, and any changes to the project scope.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Preferred 1 or more years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in both residential and commercial projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Procore, or equivalent.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
    • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Attributes: High level of integrity, honesty, and commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
  • Licensing: Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Schedule:
