The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, exceptional support skills, and strong communication abilities. A proven track record of achieving high client satisfaction is essential, along with a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all field operations related to the Vero Broadband network.
  • Install and verify new customer services at residential and commercial sites.
  • Perform fiber splicing tasks.
  • Diagnose and rectify network outages and related issues.
  • Execute job duties outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Climb and operate at heights exceeding 18 feet.
  • Interpret network diagrams and detailed instructions.
  • Drive a company vehicle following safe driving protocols.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Technical Support, and Service Delivery teams to finalize installations and service requests.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Fiber Optic and Cat6 Cable Installation (preferred).
  • Familiarity with configuring wireless equipment such as Ubiquiti, Cambium, and Nokia is advantageous.
  • Experience with various fiber optic cable types, including single mode and multimode.
  • Willingness to work in confined spaces when necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to established standards.
  • Accountability for safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours based on project needs.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and manage a ladder.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
