Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel at client sites
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential security risks and implement corrective measures
  • Develop and implement security plans and procedures to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols
  • Monitor and report on security incidents and trends
  • Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security operations or a related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
  • Knowledge of security operations, including patrol, inspection, and response services
  • Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures
  • Ability to provide positive direction and motivate security personnel
