Job Description

As a Charge Nurse, you will serve as a leader and clinical resource to staff under the direction of nursing leadership. You will collaborate with the primary RN or team leader to ensure the planning and delivery of quality patient care in partnership with physician, interdisciplinary team, and patient/family.

Responsibilities

  • Assist staff with problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Act as a role model, demonstrating technical and clinical competence consistent with the needs of staff and the patient population served.

Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in the clinical specialty within the last three years preferred.
  • Previous charge nurse experience is preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare BLS Certification.
  • Specialty certification is preferred.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $42.50 - $71.80 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
