Job Title: QA Inspector

We are seeking a skilled QA Inspector to join our team at Suncast. As a QA Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet our Manufacturing Process Plan (MPP) and quality criteria.
  • Rotate through all production departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our manufacturing processes.
  • Enter inventory transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Document data, including product non-conformances and inspection findings, and communicate results clearly.
  • Stand for periods of time and move throughout the plant conducting inspections.
  • Support and comply with all Suncast safety policies, quality standards, and housekeeping methods.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and understand drawings and documents.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance concepts and inspection experience a strong plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work well without direct supervision.
  • Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work 6 days per week.
