We are seeking a skilled QA Inspector to join our team at Suncast. As a QA Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet our Manufacturing Process Plan (MPP) and quality criteria.
- Rotate through all production departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our manufacturing processes.
- Enter inventory transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Document data, including product non-conformances and inspection findings, and communicate results clearly.
- Stand for periods of time and move throughout the plant conducting inspections.
- Support and comply with all Suncast safety policies, quality standards, and housekeeping methods.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and documents.
- Basic math skills.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance concepts and inspection experience a strong plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work well without direct supervision.
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work 6 days per week.
