Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the work of facilities teams, including maintenance, security, grounds, and custodial workers.
  • Oversee the accurate completion of carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, heating/ventilating, and roofing tasks.
  • Plan and oversee branch facility budgets, capital expenses, and projects.
  • Inspect buildings, sites, and equipment to identify needed repair and maintenance work.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to determine cause and solution.
  • Work with vendors and oversee the execution of contracted services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience, with 5+ years of previous warehouse facilities experience preferred.
  • Experience in plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical systems, data center, landscaping, and CMMS system.
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
