Moving and Contents Operations Manager

As a Moving and Contents Supervisor with Paul Davis Restoration of Tacoma, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of moving and contents jobs assigned by the Contents Manager. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to direct and supervise labor on job sites, ensuring compliance with company standards for cost control, quality, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operational aspects of moving and contents jobs assigned by the Contents Manager
- Direct and supervise labor on job sites
- Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, quality, safety, and customer service
- Maintain a company culture that promotes safety and drives exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the moving and/or restoration industry
- Experience leading a team
- Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
- Dedication to customer service
- Effective written and oral communication
- Ability to lead others from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work occasional nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
